This compilation of clips from the documentary “Holes in Heaven” explains how HAARP-type ionospheric installations can be used to modify the weather, and how they could also be used to create tremendous directed lightning bolts that are a hundred times stronger than naturally occuring ones.

Following are points made in the clip:

— The plasma physicist Bernard Eastlund explains that it is possible for HAARP to target a portion of the atmosphere and push it up further.

— The Earth Tomographer Brooks Agnew says that they are not paying enough attention to the ionosphere while it is being held 80 miles out into space by HAARP’s high energy beam.  He says that during that time the ionosphere is heating up and creating energy that can discharge back down the radio beam and strike the Earth with 100 times the energy that is released from a thunderbolt.

— Dr. Nick Begich, co-author of the book “Angels Don’t Play This HAARP” explains that it is acknowledged that HAARP can lift the ionosphere, but they claim that since it is only for a short period of time it is not a problem.  However, when you lift the ionisphere up, the lower atmosphere rushes in to fill the void, which results in changing localized weather patterns.

— Dr. Begich explains that the idea of effecting the weather sounds unrealistic to many people, but an accord was signed in 1976 were countries agreed not to use weather manipulation as a weapon of war.  He explains that in the 1940’s there was interest in weather modification, in the 1950’s there was experimentation in that area, and by the 1960’s developements in that area had been advanced substantially.

— The biophysicist Dr. Beverly Rubik explains that satellites and other ionospheric heaters placed in strategic locations around the world can create disruptions with lightning for creating “highly ionized columns” in the atmosphere.

— The Earth Tomographer Brooks Agnew explains that if a radio wave is beamed into the ionosphere and it is continually charged, not only is energy being sent into the ionosphere, but it is also providing a path for energy to come back down out of the ionosphere.  He further explains that once such a “solar tap” is formed and the ionosphere actually discharges, the electrons and energy will come from all over the ionosphere and it will strike the ground in a bolt that is a hundred times stronger than any lightning bolt imaginable, and it will not strike only one time, but rather 30-40 times per second until there is no longer any energy left to flow from the ionosphere through that tap.  Also, when it strikes the ground it will vaporize whatever it happens to hit, having the energy of three or four Mt. Saint Helens volcanoes going off for every second that the bolt discharges.  He explains that whenever experiments are done that take risks with such large amounts of energy, it is also crucial to responsibly consider the worst-case scenarios that could happen.
