This article explains how the Associated Press has reported that the Obama Administation is considering radical “geo-engineering” of the earth’s atmosphere with the excuse of curbing the effects of global warming, however such programs are already being implemented through intensive chemtrail spraying that has been occuring during the past decade.

This news report by Shreveport, Louisiana news station KSLA explains their chemtrail investigation that reveals lab results and radar displays that fit with documented government plans for covert spaying of civilian areas.

Local news station KSLA in Shreveport, Louisiana investigated a strange substance found by a man from the Arkansas-Lousiana-Texas border, which the man collected on the ground from a chemtrail overhead.  He noticed the crisscrossed cloud-like lines in the sky as well as the unusual residue it left behind on vehicles after descending in a “haze.”

KSLA’s Jeff Ferrell noted that these chemtrails “do not fade away like a normal contrail.”

KSLA ran the substances through a lab and found high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver.  Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature.

The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.”  KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.”  The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were “very unusual,” but commented that “proving the source was a whole other matter” in its discussion with KSLA.

KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body.  Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.”  The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.

This news report from Los Angeles Station NBC4 reports a “sticky yellow slime” from chemtrails being discovered in parts of California, possibly being connected with a rash of illnesses in those areas, despite being denied by official sources.

Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch is interviewed, where she explains test results that show a sharp spike of barium oxide and aluminum in the water supply since the early 1990’s.

— Narrator: “Jet Contrails are creating strange lines in the sky, and that it’s “pollen” making people sick on the ground, but others are convinced it is something else and they ask, ‘Is the government experimenting with our weather?’”

— A local resident Gretchen Sherman is interviewed, who reports a cloud of dust leaving a “sticky yellow slime” all over her car.

— They explain that calls began pouring in to a local newspaper after it happened once again, and they speak with another resident and publisher of a local newspaper Dennis Labadie, who explains that children are being kept out of school due to fear of the spraying.

— They speak with a local pharmacist Ed Burrows, who explains that he is seeing a lot of increased illness in the area including eye infection problems, upper respiratory problems, and nosebleeds.

— They say a nearby air force base had denied being involved, and others say that it was a pollen cloud.  The Department of Health has found a yellowish tint on a tissue submitted for testing, but they found no sign of any biological forms such as cedar pollen, and the test was ruled “inconclusive.”

— The video continues to explain the wide public interest in Chemtrails, and it explains that the government has denied involvement in any such activities.

— They speak with Professor Gregory Benford of UC Irvine, who works with the Department of Energy on weather research.  He initially explains, “they could be very large contrails,” when given photographs to look at, but he then goes on to explain how Chemtrails could be used to manage the clilmate.  “You could use barium oxide, for example, which makes big fluffy clouds.  You could use tiny little bits of aluminum, which is benign in the environment, and essentially manage the climate.”

— They speak with Rosalind Peterson of California Skywatch, who says the Health Department records show a sharp increase in both chemicals in the water supply of Northern California, dating from the time the huge contrails first appeared over her home in Medecino County.  When asked if she thinks it is legal for them to spray, she answers: “I don’t know because we haven’t had a public discussion.”

— Narrator: “But what is unknown today may be actual fact tomorrow thanks to a bill soon to be voted on in the US Senate, a weather modification act calling for research in ‘attempting to change or control by artificial methods the natural development of atmospheric cloud forms’.”

In this video, a German television station RTL reports about attempts to find the purpose of a “military experiment” involving “mysterious trails” in sky.

Following is a summary of the information in this video clip:

— It has been confirmed that military planes of the German Federal Army have been attempting to manpulate the climate, which confirms the suspicions of weather researchers.

— Clouds up to 350 km long have been appearing on radar, but they only appear on meteorological radars.

— A meteorologist Karsten Brandt explains that the Federal Army is manipulating the meteorological maps.  He says, “We can state with a 97% certainty that we have on our hands chemical trails (chemtrails) comprised of fine dust containing polymers and metals, used to disrupt radar signals.”  He goes on to explain that although the army is claiming that they are only dispersing small amounts of the material, the radar images are “stunning,” suggesting that tons material is being dispersed.

— They then speak with Johannes Remmel, who explains that the government should provide explanations for their actions that involve the unsuspecting population.

— They explain that satellite images are being counterfeited by the military in order to conceal the spraying.

— They also explain that Brandt has filed a legal charges based on the data that he has been accumulating by radar.
